Demon Island

When the new SX-9 stealth plane is captured by Bison, it's up to Guile and his team to bring it back before Bison uses it to destroy a city.

So let's get the main cause for concern out of the way first. A weird laser thing fires out from an island, disrupting an area of the sky and causing the stealth plane to appear and crash into the sea. Bison's troops move in as the plan's stealth comes back on, but they throw a huge net over it and take it back to the island.
 

As this is happening Guile and Dee Jay are fighting in the semi finals of a tournament. When Guile wins, people throw garbage at him, for some reason, whilst Dee Jay also manages to beat his opponent, meaning he and Guile will be fighting each other in the final tomorrow. Guile then gets a call from Escher, and later on find out from him about the new stealth plane, named the SX-9, has been taken by Bison, the latter of which is demanding $10 billion within 24 hours or he'll use it to destroy a city. Guile decides to take Blanka, Cammy and Dee Jay with him, but Escher says Dee Jay is off the team for fixing fights. Guile then states that if he doesn't get to take Dee Jay with him, he won't go on the mission at all, so Escher gives in.
 

Guile then goes to pay Dee Jay a visit to make him come along on the mission, but he doesn't want to since he'll miss the championship fight tomorrow. Once Guile tells him than Zangief will probably be there, the guy who spread the whole fight fixing thing, Dee Jay changes his mind and goes along. The next day the team head out via plane to the island where the SX-9's last co-ordinates were recorded, and Dee Jay sees an island that the local fisherman call "Demon island". Just then the plane gets his by that weird laser we saw earlier and crashes into the sea and sinks.
 

All of the team survive and swim to the surface, and then get to one of Demon island's beaches. Cammy says they should quickly run into the jungle for cover but Zangief and his cronies appear and take them to some transports. Before they got on these though the Street Fighters start a minor scuffle and all manage to escape into the jungle.
 

Bison is naturally not happy when Zangief reports that Guile and co. have arrive on the island, so Bison deploys a few jets to find and capture them. The Street Fighters manage to avoid detection, and Guile notices that the jets appeared out of the mountains, so that's where he and Cammy will go whilst Dee Jay and Blanka keep Zangief and the jets busy.
 

Several hours later, Blanka and Dee Jay are taking out some of the troops deployed to catch them, but as they do this they are spotted by the jets. Zangief, deciding not to mess about this time, fires some knock out gas at the Street Fighters and finally has them.
 

As the jets return to base, Cammy and Guile just happen to be there. A secret door opens so the jet can get inside the base, and as it closes, the two leap down, and then run off inside to a hiding spot. Bison meanwhile gets the SX-9 ready for take off as he has not received his ransom money.
 

Guile suddenly appears behind Bison and the two start fighting. They eventually end up on the wing of the SX-9, which of course has activated it's invisibility field. Zangief shows up in his jet thing and knocks Guile off the plane. More than happy that this, Zangief turns his jet around and attempts to ram into Guile again to finish him off.
 

Dee Jay manages to break free from the net he is in and climbs up to the top of the jet and starts to fight Zangief. As the jet goes out of control Zangief and Dee Jay fall off and Blanka uses his electrical powers to break free from his net and escape just before the jet crashes.
 

Dee Jay and Zangief continue their fight on the ground, and Zangief, not being the sharpest tool in the box, punches away at a metal plate Dee Jay holds up in front of him. Dee Jay then pushes Zangief straight into Bison, the latter of which gets angry and throws Zangief into the water and calls him useless. Meanwhile, Cammy rescues the real SX-9 pilots and gets them onboard, along with herself and Blanka, and prepares for take off.
 

As Guile and Dee Jay start to climb onboard, Bison tries to stop the plane from taking off but is hit by Dee Jay's Max Out projectile, sending him straight back into Zangief (who has just got out of the water) and three troops. The troops end up firing their gun in the air, and of course...

...end up hitting a generator, causing the entire base to start to explode. The Street Fighters take off in the SX-9 for a clean getaway as the entire island seems to explode. Inside the base, Bison orders everyone to evacuate and then gets into a submarine which then leaves the base.

Later on, Blanka (in disguise) Cammy and Guile watch Dee Jay beat his opponent and win the final. Dee Jay announces that the champ is back.

Despite the fact that Dee Jay was suppose to miss his championship final bout if he went on this mission, the last scene shows otherwise, he still gets to fight it out (and win).
