Escher believes that a Street Fighter tournament in India is where various fighters for Shadowloo are fighting. Guile and a team are sent over there to compete and get to the bottom of it.

A young boy runs from a crowd and ends up running straight into Guile. One man says that the kid stole his wallet, and demands Guile to get out of the way. Guile refuses, so the man picks up a bottle and smashes it. Before he can do any serious damage with it Guile does a Sonic Boom on him ...

... which hits him and his wallet falls out as he lands. The man picks it up, makes up an excuse that he put it in the wrong pocket or something, then him and the crowd walk away.

Guile and the kid go to a diner where Guile buts a large meal. The waitress hands him the bill, and Guile notices that the SF logo is on it meaning he's needed for a briefing. He says bye to the kid, gives him a load of money, and tells him to call his parents.

In the briefing Escher states that a Street Fighter tournament in India is where several Shadowloo fighters may be coming from, and shows Guile a video of some of the current fights. Guile's mission is to go over there with a team and enter the competition, and hopefully find out what's going on exactly.

At the tournament, Blanka has a flash back sequence to when he was still a proper man. Bison appears and shoves him into some kind of cyrotube, where Dr. Dhalsim starts to use gases and chemicals to change him into a mutant.

Chun-Li wakes Blanka up and says that the tournament is about to start. Meanwhile Bison, in a hidden area of the arena, gloats that the will be able to crush the Street Fighters once and for all. A captured scientist is helping him continue Dhalsim's research, but just to make sure he will remain loyal Bison has but a bomb bracelet on his ankle which Bison can explode at any time.

In the ring, Sodom is fighting Chun-Li. After getting a spinning bird kick in the chest, he gets up again and tries to charge into Chun-Li, but she releases a fireball which hits Sodom and sends him flying out of the ring and crashing into some chairs.

Back down below the ring, Bison's creations have awakened and broken loose, and start to trash the lab. Bison runs into the room, and as soon as he does the mutants stop fighting and walk over to him. Bison claims that they will obey him, and the mutants all suddenly show their affection for each other.

Back up in the ring, Guile and Blanka are taking on Guy and Birdie. Guile outsmarts Birdie and then does a Flash Kick on him, whilst Blanka beats Guy. Chun-Li's next fight is against Cammy, who intentionally lets her win.

Later on Ryu and Ken arrive and go into the temple. Ken isn't happy about being there as he wants to fight in the ring, so they go outside and meet up with the rest of the team. They are all unaware, however, that they are being watched by Balrog who is scanning them for Bison's back up plan.

The next day, another fight starts with Ryu and Ken against Guile and Blanka. Beneath the ring, Bison gets his mutants ready to fight. Guile and Blanka beat Ryu and Ken.

Ryu and Ken lose on purpose and are taken down through a hidden elevator in the ring. As soon as they go down, the lights cut throughout the stadium. Nobody knows what is going on until, suddenly, the elevator comes back up carrying Bison's new creations, which immediately start to fight Guile, Blanka and Chun-Li.

Bison is so happy that the Street Fighters are about to be crushed he says "YES!" not once but twice. Guile and the others soon realise that they are no match for the mutants as their special moves have little effect on them. As Guile does a Flash Kick, he notices the lights above, and tells Chun-Li to help him bring them down.

Chun-Li does a fireball which is enough to bring the light structure down. She, Guile and Blanka run for cover as the mutants don't even move and get crushed by the falling structure. They are defeated and the three wonder about how these mutants were made, and who would be continuing Bison's research.

Bison is furious and tells Balrog to give him the tape. Bison then plays the tape on the stadium screens, and to the crowds horror it shows Guile, Blanka and Chun-Li destroying their people's statues in the temple. Guile states that they did not do that but the crowd are outraged and invade the ring. Guile throws a Sonic Boom to destroy part of the ring's floor and the three drop down to meet up with Ryu, Ken and Cammy.

In disguise, Guile says that Bison's hidden lab is beneath the ring but they need a distraction to get in. Cammy, Ryu, Ken and Chin Li cause a distraction which moves the crowds away from the main building, whilst Guile and Blanka move in. They find the scientist who says that Bison and Balrog have left and that Bison is going to blow the bracelet so the entire building is destroyed.

Blanka says he can over-ride the bracelet and proceeds to use his electricity to do it. Guile takes the bracelet, as it is still active, whilst Bison and Balrog make a get away in a helicopter.

The scientists uses the TV screens and films himself, telling the people that the Street Fighters are there to help them and that they had been set-up. Guile gets to a point where he stops and throws the bracelet as far as he can. He then does a Flash Kick which hits the bracelet, blowing it up with a gigantic explosion.

The Street Fighters have won the day, and watch the newest thing in the fighting world - caged matches. They then all walk off, and in true Street Fighter tradition, we end with a joke.

A few cameos from characters from Street Fighter Alpha are in this episode. These are Guy, Sodom, Rose, Adon and Birdie.

What's with Sodom here? His mask is different so you can now actually see his face, which is nothing like the games. This was fixed up for later episodes.

A lot of the cast from Capcom's Final Fight game can be seen in the crowd at certain points. See here.

In Blanka's flashback scene, when you see him in his human form his clothes look similar to Charlie's from the Street Fighter Alpha games, although you only see them very briefly. A reference to the movie, where Charlie was Blanka as a mutant.
