Eliminate the Godmaster Ginrai

At the Decepticon base, the two Godmaster brothers apologise once again for letting the Autobots get themselves another Godmaster, as Giga thinks about how it could have been done in the first place since all of the Godmasters are suppose to be Decepticons anyway. But then, the great energy sphere seen a few times in previous episodes, speaks for the first time in the series. It is Devil Z, the new Decepticon Emperor of Destruction, and he tells his minions not to bother questioning why what has happened has happened, but instead, gives the order for Ginrai to be destroyed outright.

Meanwhile, Ginrai has gone back to America and has met up with Diver (who is doing a lot of push ups when we first see him, for some reason) and Lander to show them his new trailer. Whilst it may look like just a normal trailer to most people, only they know that it is actually a living thing. Ginrai then says that there are still four other people with the same destiny as him, and he'd like to meet them, and he goes off saying that he has a plan to lure them out.

The three Decepticon Headmaster Jrs are in a small bar, and are talking about their recent losses to the Autobots. Cancer turns on a TV and starts to watch a program about interesting people, and the next person on is someone calling themselves "Mr.X" and that he has am interesting vehicle. It then shows the vehicle and it immediately grabs the boy's attention - it's Ginrai!

The Autobot Godmaster has appeared on TV and after introducing himself, he makes an appeal to anybody who has had strange or mysterious things happen to them recently, they should come and talk to him about it. He then transforms back to vehicle mode and rolls out, whilst Bullhorn wants to go and fight him right now. But Wilder stops him and says that they can't deal with him, but Hydra and Buster can.

Lander sees Ginrai's appeal and tells Diver about it, and they are both kind of surprised about what Ginrai did and that he seems a bit reckless in his actions. Ginrai himself meanwhile is out on the road once again and has the radio on to listen to the radio version of the show, which is getting a lot of calls about Mr. X's appeal but most of the callers seems to be wackos. What Ginrai fails to see is that the Godmaster brothers are tailing him.

Instead of attacking him straight away, Hydra suggests that they let Ginrai drive into a city so they can cause more mayhem and hopefully pin the blame on the Autobot, so the humans there will turn against him. A little later on Ginrai reaches back to the truck depot where he works and meets several other truckers and Sam, his friend and boss.

Ginrai takes a break but doesn't get to rest for long though as suddenly, one of the buildings nearby explodes. And then, more and more buildings are rocked by explosions, as Hydra and Buster start their attack. Same is hit by debris on his left shoulder, but Ginrai takes him to safety and then dodges Hydra and Buster's shots to merge with his Transtector and transform.

Hydra blasts Ginrai with some Chokon power and knocks him to the ground, but before he can get up to resume fighting, the other truckers start hurling rocks and bits of trash at him, telling him to go away. This pleases the two Decepticons as this is what they wanted to happen, but they don't get to look smug for long as Ginrai gets back up and punches Hydra repeatedly with Chokon charged punches.

The two brothers transform and move towards a nearby city, where they round up some people and Hydra says he likes having spectators at a battle. As Ginrai arrives, he starts to fight Hydra and gets him to move away from the people, but this lets Buster start telling lies to them as he says that the humans should hate Ginrai as it was he who challenged them to a duel in the city, and not the other way round.

As the now mostly destroyed trucker station, the truckers are all still mad at Ginrai and want him out, but Sam tells them that they are wrong as that Ginrai is protecting them by fighting the Decepticons, and they need to understand this. Back at the battle Buster says that their plan has worked and now everyone in the city hates Ginrai, and after ganging up and knocking him down, Hydra calls forth a Lobclaw to finish him off.

It's at this moment that Diver and Lander arrive, and after checking to see that Ginrai is OK, they take on the Lobclaw as Ginrai goes after Hydra and Buster. Needless to say, the Lobclaw doesn't do very well. Ginrai finds the Decepticons outside the city and they fire at him, but he thinks about what his friends were saying to him earlier about getting lost but this just makes him more powerful and he charges up his Chokon power...

He sends the two Decepticons up into the air, and they come back crashing down. Hydra says that they will finish him off one day and then they both transform and retreat. The next morning, Sam is in a hospital where he is recovering fine and thanks Ginrai for saving them and praises him for being what he is now. The truckers who threw stuff at him also apologise and they all make up.

Later on Ginrai has his truck parked and is talking to Diver about how he was a fool to fall for the Decepticon plot, but Diver says not to worry about it and Lander is setting the record straight about the Autobots to the people in the city, and then points out that if he is already that self-conscious about his reputation and that of the Autobots, he may be good enough to be their leader someday.

Back at the Decepticon base, Giga and Mega cannot believe that the Godmaster brothers have failed once again in killing Ginrai, and instead tell Turtlar, the final new Seacon, that the time for them to make use of his power has come. He obeys their command and calls for one of each other Seacon type to unite with him to transform into...

King Poseidon!

This is the first time Devil Z actually speaks, although he isn't named in the episode itself. However, in the preview of this episode, which was shown at the end of the previous one, Shūta calls him by name.

Turtlar is the only Seacon who isn't a mindless drone, and is shown in this episode to have the ability to speak. Even though he unites into King Poseidon with some other Seacons, the gestalt will not fight until the next episode.

This episode has two new commercial bumpers in it - the Blood one is replaced with the Hydra brothers uniting their planes into Darkwings, and the Ginrai one is now replaced with the Super Ginrai one. Even though Super Ginrai doesn't appear until the next episode, meaning the surprise is totally ruined.

When Hydra scans Ginrai, some computer displays appear on his screen and Ginrai is spelt "Jinrai" although apparently both types of spelling of his name are used and accepted. I always go with Ginrai though.
