Rage!! Little Devils With No Need For Rules

During a soccer match at the school Shūta decides to show off by not passing any of his team mates the ball and instead just goes straight towards the other team's goal, gets past two defenders by himself and then scores by doing an overhead kick. But his coach isn't impressed because he is not getting the concept of teamwork and sends him away. Later on at the Autobot base, Hawk tells Shūta, Cab and Minerva that Diver has invited the three of them to America.

Meanwhile in the US, Wilder, Bullhorn and Cancer watch a motorcycle gang, known as the "Cool Guys" go past, and Wilder has a grudge against them. A while back, Wilder use to be the leader of another bike gang known as the Jack Boys, but his gang was wiped out and separated when the Cool Guys invaded their territory, and Wilder was beaten half to death. Now he wants revenge.

The three Autobot Headmaster Jrs are also in the US where they are feeding some dolphins when Diver tells them that playtime is over and that the training session will now be begin, and the three of them realise that Hawk gypped them when he said they'd get time to relax. Goshooter starts by being chased by two armoured cars although he gets them to crash into each other, and then another larger truck with a robot shoots at him but he defeats that with his gun.

Cab goes up next in a hologram created city which is on fire. As he puts out the fires, another robot drone gets part of a building to crumble on top of him and then blasts him with a flame thrower whilst he's down. Can transformers and jumps up to shoot the robot back and destroy him and then the holograms turn off, but Diver says that his handling is bad and that he'll have to practice threes time as much as Shūta.

Minerva is the last to go and she is sent to rescue a puppy which has fallen into a river and is heading towards a waterfall. She gets it but then a large robot shark monster pops up behind her, and her fear of fighting begins to show as she shoots wildly everywhere until Diver tells her to shoot the middle tooth to beat it. She does, but then she falls down the waterfall and Diver tells her to not hesitate and reminds her that her shock blast gun will only stop an opponent for a minute.

Back at Diver's ocean research institute, Minerva admits that whilst she is confident as rescue operations, she is not keen on fighting, although Shūta just tells her that she can leaving all of the fighting to him and Cab. Diver then walks in and says that there was an incident at an underwater volcano and he's going to go and check it out, so they will have to look after the institute until he comes back, and soon he's in the water in his sub mode.

Elsewhere in the US, Wilder has challenged the Cool Guys to a showdown, and the gang is surprised when they see Wilder approach with just two other people. The gang leader sends his men to attack, but Wilder's group then get their mech suits on and beat them all down. Wilder then goes for the leader who blubbers about giving back the territory they took, but he isn't interested and instead throws him into a wall.

Blood and the other two Decepticon Pretenders are watching Wilder's actions from their base and tell him to cause more havoc and use more violence, to make it seem like the Decepticons are something awesome and make anyone who wanted to join them become even more eager to do so. So they go and start attacking part of the city and the Cool Guys gang are soon saying that they'd like to join the Decepticons.

News of the Decepticon attack is shown on TV and Shūta says that he's going to go and put a stop to it, although Minerva tells him to wait here and contact Diver instead. But he doesn't want to rely on the likes of Diver or Hawk all of the times and heads off, and Cab follows him. Minerva waits behind but after seeing a small girl seemingly crushed to death she races out to the city to start rescue operations. Meanwhile Shūta reaches the city and finds the three Decepticon Headmaster Jrs and tells them to stop, only for Wilder to say one of the best lines ever.

Minerva arrives in the city and finds out that Cab is actually doing what he is suppose to be doing rather than fighting, but he doesn't know where Shūta is. She tells him about the little girl she saw on the TV and they go to look for her but instead her small dog finds them and Cab finds out, since he can talk to the animals, that she is trapped in the underground park lot nearby. They go inside and find her trapped under a pillar which they remove and throw aside.

The battle between Goshooter and Wilder, Bullhorn and Cancer has moved onto a bridge, but Wilder finds out from one of the Cool Guys gang members that the other two Autobots are near the underground parking lot. So Wilder calls forth a Lobclaw to take care of Goshooter and then tells the other two Decepticons to follow him.

Minerva has taken the girl back out into the street and deals with her injuries, which were luckily only minor. As she wakes up she wants to know where her dog is, and Minerva brings the dog, called Pisu, over to her. But then the Decepticon Headmaster Jrs attack and take out Cab and are about to attack Minerva when Pisu suddenly runs towards Wilder and barks at him.

Wilder kills the dog by kicking it across the street, and the little girl hold the corpse in her arms crying for it to not die, but it's too late. She then picks up some stones and throws them at the Decepticons, are are having more fun now beating up on Cab. This whole escapade has made Minerva angry for what her enemies have done and she then takes to arms by transforming and firing...

...hitting Bullhorn in the back and stunning him. This gives Cab the chance to do some damage and he shoots Wilder as Minerva then kicks Cancer straight in the face. Wilder tells them not to forget their display of power here today, and then he runs away as Bullhorn and Cancer follow him, and the Cool Guys also head after them.

Cab and Minerva then go and help Goshooter, although they are attacked by a Kraken. Thankfully Diver arrives at this moment to deal with that as the three Headmaster Jrs destroy the Lobclaw by stunning it and then cutting off one of it's own pincers and using it to stab it in the chest. With the battle now completely over, a grave is made for Pisu and Minerva tells the little girl that she'll get her another dog like him.

Diver says that Minerva overcame her fear of fighting and then says that co-operation and courage are the most powerful weapons that they can have, and because of her actions he'll overlook Shūta and Cab's grandstanding, which they think is for the best. The narrator then says that Minerva overcame her weakness and now Shūta and Can understand how to work as a team, so together, they all have the courage to face evil.

I'd say something about how surprising having a dog die in a cartoon is, but given that his is Japanese Transformers, and is nothing compared to The Headmasters, which featured character deaths by the bucket-load and two planets blowing up, I won't bother. It's just the norm.
