The Appearance of the Final Godmaster!!

The narrator tells us that the battle in space between Grand Maximus and Black Zarak was secretly recorded and has been shown to USA's department of defence, and we get to see that some blue haired kid has also watched it and has also got a tape showing clips of the battle between the Autobots and Decepticons at the British Motors manufacturing plant. The kid then decides to take a ride and is soon out on his motorbike.
 

This kid is known as Clouder, and as he parks his bike into a cave he walks towards a Transtector: Doubleclouder! As he gets inside it becomes apparent that he is the final Godmaster, but there is something very strange with his master braces...
 

Over at the Decepticon base, a group meeting is called as Giga says that they are going to be leaving this base for now and setting up a new base in America as their research indicates that the final Godmaster must be in that country. As the Godmaster brothers and the three Pretenders head to the island where they were told to go to they at first see nothing until a shadow overlap them.
 

It's Overlord, but as he comes closer to the Earth the Godmaster transforms into a new gigantic base mode which impresses the pants off all of the others as Giga tells them not to be wowed just yet as now that they are heard they only have one mission: to locate the final Godmaster and make him join the Decepticons.
 

Wilder takes Bullhorn and Cancer to a forest area as they search for hours but don't come across anything at all, and are beginning to get fed up of looking without getting any results. Before they can take a break though a large metal eagle heads down towards them and they see that it has a Decepticon insignia, and they soon lead Doubleclouder back to base where he meets Giga, who tells him that he is the final Godmaster.
 

King Poseidon then bursts out of the ground and for whatever reason immediately goes on the attack be trying to stomp Could er into the floor. The Headmaster Jrs tell him to stop as he is attacking their new comrade but he doesn't listen as Clouder uses the master force to transform in Doubleclouder's eagle mode and take a bite out of the gestalt.
 

He then flies his opponent off the cliff they were next too and blasts him with a few lasers, which eventually cause his arms to fall off and then he just collapses as some broken parts of him head back down to the sea and end up causing damage to a passing passenger ship, which Doubleclouder admits to being "poor timing".
 

The ship sends out an SOS message which Diver picks up, and he informs Ginrai that the Decepticons have been seen nearby the ship so it mist have been their doing. With the people on the ship in danger, Ginrai tells Diver to head towards the ship whilst he will also go along with the other Autobot Godmasters and the Headmaster Jrs.
 

With King Poseidon defeated, it is revealed that Hydra and Buster were the ones who told him to attack Clouder, as this is the way they apparently greet all new recruits. But he has impressed them since he managed to defeat the gestalt without their help, and then Giga tells him that it's time to reveal the secret of his master braces...
 

...and as Clouder uses the master force again, this time he has his arms the other way round which dons him in a different suit of armour, and as he transforms he shows that he also has a robot mode - but now he is an Autobot!
 

Later on Wilder tells Clouder that they should be friends as they are cooler than Hydra and Buster, but he is soon called away by Giga, who has his first mission: he wants Clouder to go in as a spy and try to find out where the Autobot base is so they can destroy it later on. A siren goes off as they all see that Ginrai is approaching, but this means they can already out their plan in action and the still in base mode Overlord opens fire with missiles.
 

Lightfoot, Diver and Road King arrive on the ship and start to help out the human rescue teams already there as Ginrai drops off the Headmaster Jrs and transforms into God Ginrai. As Shūta, Cab and Minerva run towards the ship to help out, the Decepticon Headmaster Jrs then attack them and Minerva is blown out of the way by one of Overlord's missiles.
 

With her right leg damaged she can't stand properly but then a new robot runs onto the battlefield as Clouder shows himself for the first time to the Autobots. He helps her up and moves her out of harms way as Minerva sees that whoever this new robot is, he is obviously an Autobot just as Cancer blocks them off from escaping.
 

Doubleclouder grapples with him and says that he's sorry to have to do this even if it is an act and then punches him away. Meanwhile God Ginrai is under attack from Overlord's base mode, but since an attack from the front doesn't seem to be working he instead heads around the back of the mountain and blasts it, causing lots of large rocks to topple over.
 

These rocks land on the base and as Giga and Mega transform Overlord from base to robot mode, God Ginrai fires a missile from his God cannon at him which hits and makes him retreat, and soon all of the other Decepticons follow him. With the boat saved, later on Clouder introduces himself to the others as they thank him for his actions earlier.
 

As they all think that it is a miracle that he is a Godmaster, he says that he wanted to meet them all sooner but because he didn't have a clue to where the Autobot's base was, he couldn't. The Headmaster Jrs welcome him with open arms, but the final shot of the episode goes to Super Ginrai who doesn't seem to be that keen in joining in the conversation just yet as the narrator ends it all by saying that could disaster loom for the Autobot base?

Yes, I don't think Overlord's base mode scale makes any sense either, and is the most out of wack thing scale wise I've ever seen.

In the US, Doubleclouder is known as Doubledealer, and he his toy has different colours to the Japanese version. But for some reason in this series, Doubleclouder has the colour scheme for the US toy.
